Coaching for highly qualified professionals

This individual coaching at eye level is designed only for highly – qualified professionals from third (non-European) countries from all specialists’ fields and at all levels, regardless of whether they want to gain a professional foothold in Germany as a skilled worker or as a self-employed or they have been threatened by unemployment, have already resigned or are unemployed. The focus is on their individual needs, potential, strengths, and obstacles.

Coaching for career starters

This individual coaching is available to career starters from third (non-European) countries who already have sufficient knowledge of the German language and want to complete a training in Germany. The focus is on the entire application process, what makes a job application successful and what are the best strategies for a successful job interview.

Jobcoaching

Our Jobcoaching is available to all highly-qualified and skilled workers from third (non-European) countries who want to gain a professional foothold in Germany, as well as to young people and women without qualification (career starters) with refugee experience or disability who have been already living in Germany and want to take responsibility for realizing their professional and personal goals and look for professional peer-to-peer support with heart. Coaching occasions are as varied and individual as the personalities and needs of the human beings who come to us for advice and support.

We are happy to accompany and support you in your professional (re) orientation in Germany, in the recognition of your foreign university degree or professional qualification, entering training or occupation, career planning, further training or post-qualification.

The job coaching services offered by Charter 22 gUG are available in both German and Arabic and include the following:

Underlining your professional personality by means of in-depth profiling (hard skills/soft skills)

Working out your personal strengths

The job coaching offered by Charter 22 gUG is individually tailored, flexible in terms of time, location-independent and digital. This is available to you free of charge if you already live in Germany, are registered as a jobseeker, and present us an activation and placement voucher (AVGS) from your employment agency or job centre. You can request this from your placement specialist at any time by e-mail. For highly-qualified and skilled workers from third countries who want to gain a professional foothold in Germany, our job coaching service is subject to a fee.
